The duty-free Retail Chain was struggling with its challenges and was looking for a dynamic company that could help them. They approached Redefine Dynamics to help them deal with their challenges. We developed a web-based POS system that made it easier to share seamless shopping transactions with their customers across all of the company's stores.
We implemented a Web Application to complete the project with less cost than licenses. The company is making it easier for its customers to work remotely. We installed a 3-tier ERP system in their 35 stores, which allowed them instantaneous transactions and accurate information no matter what device they were using. Redefine developed Complaint Management Module, which was integrated with the Sales module.
Auto Generation and E-Mailing of Installation and Warranty data to vendors made the concerned teams very efficient in After Sales Service & Complaint management. We also designed a configurable Offer Management Module; this was to manage their offer to the Specific Branch, Product, Duration, etc. After the successful implementation, we integrated their ERP System with an E-Commerce platform. With Power BI, they can keep up with the important figures of their business and get a clear understanding of what's happening.
