Challenge
One of the major pain points faced by Stress Tool was that because they had different servers storing their information in countries/shops around the world, there were problems with managing data between these locations as well as delays when generating daily sales reports due to missing details such as sale counts or amounts raised at retail shops which would lead an inaccurate snapshot of how much money has been made so far during each day's operation.
They wanted to have an automatic tool that could do a full auto-test of the main business transaction and confirm back the no. of interval system took to complete it. It was basically to check the stress load that NAV can consume during bulk transaction posting from different countries.
The company was facing a lot of difficulties in managing the business. It had to spend more time on maintaining the system and less time to grow the business.

Stress Tool approached Redefine Dynamics to help them resolve their issue. We provided solutions for their business needs with NAV 2013 R2 and the most recent version, 2018.
We have upgraded their solution from the 2013 R2 NAV to 2018 and added Web Client support. Along with it, we provided an extended solution of standard Job Queue Functionality that handles many activities & posting without any system deadlocking. Now, the Company has noticed a much of improved in performance & faces lesser queries from their end-users.
